If you are working in one of the countries listed in the Latest from the field, contact those already working in quality improvement and see how you can join up and make use of their experiences.

Join in on the Quality in Focus monthly phone conference calls. Send an email to Samantha Dovey sdovey@urc-chs.com to receive announcements.

Send us information on what you are doing and learning as you go along. Please email your comments (or questions) to Lynne Franco (lfranco@urc-chs.com) or Marie Eve Hammink (mhammink@urc-chs.com).

Request assistance from a member of the QI Initiative, either in country or at the HCI Project (Lynne Franco or Marie Eve Hammink). A member of the initiative will review your request and work with you by identifying colleagues in the region who might be resources for you, by sharing resource material, or by offering virtual support and advice via conference call or e-mail. In some situations on-site technical assistance may be provided.
